J-1 Scholars include the following categories at UCSB: Short-Term Scholars, Research Scholars, and Professors. J-1 Students include degree-seeking (i.e. Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate) and non-degree-seeking (EAP Reciprocity) students who are enrolled at UCSB full-time.
